Apartment house Promenade (Utoring), in the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table-tennis. Kiosk, lift, ski storage, washing machine (for shared use). Shop 500 m. Mountain lift 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking paths direct from the house. Free parking in summer, SFR 14/week in winter, garage space in summer SFR 21/week, SFR 56/week in winter.(Reservations with the caretaker.) Functionally furnished apartments with SAT TV included in the rental (except type 10 and 12 SFR 40/week). Double room and 1 room apartments can be booked together instead of 2 room apartments.There is a wireless connection in the common room. Ski passes can be obtained from reception.

1-room apartment 28 m2 on 1st floor, east facing position: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, satellite-TV and radio. Kitchenette (dishwasher). Hip bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.

Arosa:
1742 - 2650 m. Well-known holiday resort, at the end of a valley, 30 km south from Chur. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool. Access: motorway Zürich - San Bernardino, exit number Chur. Access via a winding, good road. Railway station in the resort. Free bus (winter and summer). For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH).

Activities:
During summer time:
Swimming pool. Tennis, squash, golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fitness course. Fishing. 2 cable cars, 1 cable cabin, 200 km walking path. 62 km mountain bike tracks. Childrens playground, amusement park "Fun Park". Pedaloes, canoes. The guest card allows free use of the mountain train, car park, bus and other facilities.
During winter time:
2 cable cars, 1 cabin cabin, 6 chair lifts, 4 drag lifts, 3 childrens ski lifts. 17 ski runs, total length 70 km, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, childrens ski school from 4 years old. 26.5 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 70 km. 3 toboggan-runs (long 4.3 km). Ice rink, natural ice rink, curling, folkloric curling, indoor tennis hall, squash. Ski bus (free of charge).
