In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. Grocers 100 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 4 km, tennis 500 m, ski lift 10 km, skisport facilities 18 km. Water park open all year at Liptovski Trnovec (4 km)- 6 swimming pools (both spa and cold water), 6 water slides of which one is the longest in Slovakia, rock-climbing wall, discotheque etc.

5-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor, simple and practical furnishings: living room 16 m2, with satellite-TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 600 - 2024 m. Resort with 1000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Mikulßs 2 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 3 - 22 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
All watersports available in Liptovská Mara 5 km. Swimming pool 7 km. Water Park "Liptovská Mara" 8.5 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Chopok - Jasná at 12 km, Strbské pleso at 40 km, Zázrivá Poroba at 10 km.
