Detached house, 3 storeys, in the resort 3 km from the centre of Liptovsky Mikulas, in a quiet position. For shared use: patio. In the house: central heating. Grocers 250 m, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 200 m. Parasol. Parking on the grounds.

1-room apartment 35 m2, on the lower ground floor: living/dining room with 2 beds, 1 double bed, swedish stove and radio. Kitchen (2 hotplates). Bath-room, hip bath/WC, sep. WC. Box-room. Apartment on the ground floor with access via a separate entrance. Room for drying clothes. Ski storage room.

Demaenová:
600 - 2024 m. Resort with 1000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Mikulßs 2 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 3 - 22 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Activities:
During summer time:
All watersports available in Liptovská Mara 5 km. Swimming pool 7 km. Water Park "Liptovská Mara" 8.5 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Chopok - Jasná at 12 km, Strbské pleso at 40 km, Zázrivá Poroba at 10 km.
