Vivenda Pereira is situated near the nice town of Sintra (5km.), only 26km. from the citycentre of the beautiful capital Lisbon. During the main season, an electric tram that stops right in front of the house, connects Sintra with the beach 'Praia das Maças' (less than 5km.). Therefore, you do not necessarily need a car in summer. The house consists of two apartments. A smaller apartment for 2/4 persons on the ground floor (45m2, LISBO-2710-01A) and a bigger one for 6 persons at the first floor (70m2, LISBO-2710-01B). Please note the attic has a pitched roof area, therefore it is not suitable for tall persons. The hight of the bedrooms and bathroom is between 140cm. and 185cm. The apartments are tastefully furnished and share a nice little terrace with a stone grill. From the front of the house, there are fantastic views over the mountains of Sintra.
