This former thermal baths lies on the edge of the valley of the river Pranto that flows out of the Mondego, just outside the village Pedrogão do Pranto. The Dutch owners have bought the little village with public baths and various outbuildings to renovate completely. Currently there are 2 apartments (COIM-3130-01 en COIM-3130-02) and 2 studios (COIM-3130-03 and COIM-3130-04) ready for hire. In the future, various holiday accommodations will be added here, as well as a campsite, swimming pool and restaurant. The studios are situated on the 1st floor of the former bar, opposite the old public bath where the apartments are. All overlooking the valley of the Pranto. The vicinity of the Atlantic coast with its spas like Figueira da Foz (15km.) and the peaceful beaches of Lavos and Leirosa make the locations attractive for sun and sea worshippers. People looking for peace, nature and clean air enjoys it here. The healing water from the springs of the complex forms an extra attraction! Even those who come to Portugal for culture find a wide choice here. The old university town Coimbra lies within less than 40km. The excavation of the earlier Roman fortress Conimbriga can be found within only 25km and even the pilgrimage place Fatima, the cloister Batalha and the health spas Curia and Lusa lies within less than 1 hours drive.
