For shared use: garden 9500 m2, swimming pool (25 x 12 m, 01.04.-30.09.), paddling pool, tennis, childrens playground. In the house: reception, restaurant. Room cleaning 6 times per week. Parking. Railway station Alcantarilha 10 km. Please note: reception open 24:00 -hrs. The closest beach at Senhora da Rocha, approx 400 m. Futher services at the urbanisation, such as car hire. Swimming pool bar, open in the summer. Weekly linen change. Towels are changed 2 a week. Breakfast and half board service on request. NOTE: The urbaniation comprises 4 buildings without lift.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.09.

Armação De Pêra: Situated between Albufeira (16 km) and Portimao (22 km), Armacao de Pera is one of the most familiar towns in the centre of the Algarve. It has one of the widest beaches in the region and is known for its typical houses and streets, its coloured boats and its view point.
