Apartment house, 3 storeys in 2003, in the centre of Alghero, 300 m from the sea. Public parking 200 m on the road. Shop, grocers, restaurant 50 m, railway station Alghero 1 km. Sandy beach 1 km.

2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 open room, window onto the living room, without window, with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (oven) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine. No shower tray.

Alghero:
A lively small town in the north-west of Sardinia with 50000 inhabitants. There are a number of reasons to spend ones holiday in Alghero. The bathing resort has a lovely beach with dense pine wood. In a few minutes one can be on other beaches at the Baia di Porto Conte. Along this bay one can get to Capo Caccia with the unique caves Grotto Nettuno which can also be reached by boat.
