Communal covered parking (extra) by the house, public parking on the road. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 1 km. Sandy beach 4 km, rocky beach 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

3-room apartment 80 m2, on the upper floor: living/dining room. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchenette. Shower/bidet/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Covered balcony 40m2, with table and chairs.

Gallipoli:
Harbour town with 17000 inhabitants in lovely position on a rocky island in the Gulf of Tarent and connected to the modern suburb on the mainland by a bridge. It is 25 km south of Lecce. The lido of Santa Maria al Bagno is 12 km to the north and can be reached via a romantic road along the Riviera Neretina which has been hewn out of the rocks in places.
