Old farmhouse with 4 apartments, part of the holiday village Villaggio della Salute Piu (5 km), one of the largest in Italy that covers an area of 40 km2. in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It is possible to use the Spa facilities all year around (hot baths, sea water baths and sun treatments); from May to October there are also the Aquapark, the first health park with all kind of water treatments and Bimbolandia the first Spa dedicated to children (extra). Farm-house Ca di Lucca 16 km from the centre of Castel San Pietro Terme, 30 km from the centre of Imola, 40 km from the centre of Bologna, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the green. Steep, narrow motor access. Parking, in the grounds. Supermarket 16 km, railway station Castel San Pietro Terme 16 km. Reserved parking by the village complex.

Instead of the double sofa bed is possible to use 2 armchair beds. The beds in the bedroom can be pushed together. Mosquito nets at the windows.
Castel San Pietro Terme: Village with 16000 inhabitants, situated 23 km sout east of Bologna, along the motorway Bologna-Bari. Not far from here along the valley of River Sillaro there are the first hills. Continue along the valley and the landscape changes into a pictoresque panorama similar to Tuscany, which is not far away. Castel San Pietro is also famous for its Spa treatment.
