House with 2 apartments Champretavy, in the centre of Rumiod Chantel, 8 km from the centre of St Pierre, 16 km from the centre of Aosta, in a quiet, sunny position. Shop, grocers 3 km, restaurant 200 m. Cross-country ski trail 4 km. Please note: car essential.

3-room apartment on 2 levels on 2nd floor: large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and open fireplace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (oven, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor (steep stair): 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Large balcony. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

St Pierre:
St-Pierre, Sarre and Vetan are romantic little villages, situated approx 20 km west of Aosta. Courmayeur 30 km. Railway station in Aosta. Shops, restaurants, indoor pool at Aosta.

Activities:
During summer time:
Lovely hikes in the nature reserve park, mountaineering.
During winter time:
Well-known skiing centres like Cervinia, Courmayeur, Pila are only a few kilometres away.
