Apartment house, in the district of Grand Sarriod, 4 km from the centre of St Nicolas, in a quiet, sunny position. Restaurant 100 m. Please note: car essential. This house is situated in a characteristic village at 1470 m of altitude, in an area which offer sport facilities (1 km ski run, 4 km flodlit country ski trail,rafting, tennis, mountain bikes, panoramic excrusions, ski runs 4 km). Laundry room with washing machine for shared use (not for I3010/103B).

St Nicolas:
Saint Nicolas is situated 18 km from Aosta, 30 km from Courmayeur and approximately 138 km from Turin, consisting of small villages at between 1000 m and 1800 m high. The Lovely views of the Gran Paradiso glacer, pure mountain air and pleasant clime make Saint Nicolas an ideal holiday destination for summer or winter. Railway station at Aosta. Shops restaurants and covered swimming pool in Aosta.

During summer time:
Its possible to hike or mountain bike through the pretty side valleys of the Aosta Valley and enjoy the lovely landscape. Pic-nic areas in the Bois de la Tour and access to easy walking paths with informations signs in Braille too therefore accessible to the blind.
During winter time:
Some kilometres away youll find the famous wintersports resorts.
