Fly direct to FlyBalaton airport (25 km from Zalakaros) from London, Copenhagen, Zurich, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Dortmund and Berlin.

Zalakaros:
One of the newest health resorts in Hungary, opened in 1995, complete with thermal baths exceeding 90C! Work ended in the 90s by which time everything had been renovated and modernised so that cients could access the latest treatments, be it for the prevention or rehabilitation from an ailment. The therapy centres have access to 13 baths (some of which are covered), childrens baths, swimming pool, thermal pool, all of which are facilities that aim to relax the entire family. The covered swimming pool is open all year and the outdoor thermal baths are open from May to September. The baths are surrounded by beautiful parks. Clients can choose between the different thermal pools with heated waters ranging from 32 to 36C.Benefitial Properties: the treatment of chronic bone related diseases such as osteoporosis, arthritis, rheumatism or rehabilitation following an accident.Particular area of expertise: Special treatment of gynaecological problems.
