This idyllic holiday complex in 'Oberbeierse', country style and located in Oberaudorf, on the border of Tirol.
The holiday house lies in the picturesque valley of the Inn, at the edge of the forest and very peaceful. A comfortably furnished 2-room apartment is at your disposition here (ca 54 m2).
The house has the following common facilities:
Indoor swimmingpool (6x10), fitness area, table tennis, play area, sunbathing area and ski area (included in the price).
At an extra cost: sauna, sun bed, billions, bicycle hire, wash machine + -drier and sandwich service.
Oberaudorf (free from fog) and the surrounding situated against the Keizer mountains, inviting for hikes and mountain climbing.
Other activities are mountain biking, rafting on the river, water skiing, swimming, paragliding, summer toboggan, etc.. Action or relaxation, here you will find everything for anyone!
Besides, Oberbayern is very suitable for winter activities, such as skiing, snowboarding or toboggan (toboggan slide is illuminated), langlauf in the town, skating on the 'Lügstein sea', just as hiking and ski trips, the typical 'Eisstockschiessen' or a romantic trip with horse carriage.
You can choose from the following ski areas (guaranteed snow by snow installations):
Hocheck/Oberaudorf (500-800m, 6 lifts),
Sudelfeld/Oberaudorf (1100-1600m, 22 lifts) and 'Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser' in Tirol (Austria 20 km further up). Winter pleasure guaranteed, for big and small "!

- There is a certain number of accomodations available for physically challenged guests, but it is necessary to reserve them beforehand.
- The accomodations are on even level, without thresholds and with wide door-openings ( only the bathroom door is 69 cm wide), there is one bed which is adjustable in heigth (electr.), the toilet is adapted, the bathtub in the bathroom is provided with an adjustable seat and there is a shop in Oberaudorf where it is possible to borrow things for physically challenged persons
