650 m. Eibenstock is situated in the heart of the nature reserve Erzgebirge/Vogtland, 15 km from the Czech border. Small city, situated at the foot of a mountain, 35 km south from Zwickau, 50 km east from Plauen, 60 km from Chemnitz. In the resort: shops, grocers, bakers, restaurant. Indoor pool, sauna, sun bed, massage. Access: railway station Aue 20 km. Leipzig 120 km. Jena 120 km. Numerous villas and art deco buildings with their gardens and parks from the heyday of the last century are still evident today, which formerly gave Eibenstock the nickname garden town. The magnificent art deco town hall built in 1907 and the neo-Roman town church with its outstanding tower stand out in particular. For arrivals by plane: airport Dresden (DRS) 140 km, Hof (HOQ) 75 km.
