For shared use: grounds 4400 m2 with lawn, lawn sunning area, table tennis, patio, barbecue, fireplace (swing). In the complex: lounge, sauna (extra) massage (extra) table-tennis. Also worth a visit are trips to the visitors mine in the Zinnwald district or to the Botanic Gardens in Schellerhau (6 km). For arrivals by plane: airport Dresden (DRS) 45 km, Leipzig (LEJ) 150 km.
