Renovated old Champagne farmhouse. 3 holiday apartments have been built in one part. The main building is next to the owners house and also a barn. Old farm-house, renovated. For shared use: grounds with lawn 400 m2, barbecue. Parking, in the grounds. Grocers 8 km, restaurant 2 km. Tennis 8 km. Lake (Lac du Der) with bathing 9 km. Central electric heating.

Housing:
2-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor, simple and rustic furnishings: dining room 28 m2, with 1 double bed, radio and CD-player. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Outines:
Small village with 150 inhabitants, in the countryside, 15 km from Montier-en-Der, 25 km from Vitry-le-françois. In the resort: grocers, restaurant. Access: railway station Vitry-le-François 25 km. Worth seeing: Maison de lOiseau et du Poisson, tourist church route (churches with timber beamed facades and painted church windows from the 16th century). For arrivals by plane: airport Paris-Orly (ORY) 210 km, Paris-Roissy (CDG) 210 km.

Lake "Lac-du-der": Swimming, motor watersports. All watersports available in Giffaumont-Champaubert 10 km. Sailing. Riding. Fishing. Walking path. Mountain bike tracks.
