In the house: central heating. Parking. Grocers 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Swimming pool 8 km, ski lift 150 m, cable cabin 15 km. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the house as well as the opposite side of the valley of Fliess. Walking routes and mountainbike paths from the house. The Fiss-Serfausskiig region, approx 20 minutes by car.

2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor: large living/sleeping room with 2 pull-out beds, dining corner, satellite-TV and radio. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Terrace. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Access to the apartment via steps due to the slope.

816 - 2212 m. The region of West Tyrol with towns such as Landeck, Fliess and Zams has numerous leisure activities for all tastes. Holiday centre with 7800 inhabitants, 74 km west from Innsbruck. Indoor pool, sauna. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

Ski school, childrens ski school from 3 years old. 18 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes. Toboggan-runs. Artificial ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further skiing: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at 25 km, St. Anton at 27 km, Ischgl-Samnaun at 30 km.
