There is a small farm on the grounds which keeps turkeys and sheep. NOTES: The house offers great, unspoilt views, yet is not too secluded and hard to reach.

The sports facilities and different leisure programmes make Montafon a nice resort, ideal of families, without forgetting the villages of St Anton, Vandans, Tschagguns, Schruns, Gargellen, St Gallenkirchen and Gaschurn. Quiet, family friendly holiday centre, 50 km south from Bregenz, 150 km south-west from Innsbruck. More possibilities. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Altenrhein (ACH), München Franz Josef (MUC).
