Swimming pool, tennis 500 m, golf course 20 km, mountain lift, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the house. Cafe and restaurant Il Gardino in the house.

2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Large balcony 10 m2. Balcony 5 m2. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Ötz:
820 m. Nice holiday village which has 120 years of tourism experience. Small, busy holiday resort with 2212 inhabitants, 50 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Access: railway station Ötztal 6 km. Bus service. Water dome at Langenfeld. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

During summer time:
Bathing lake, 3 km from the resort. Heated swimming pool. Canoeing, river rafting. Tennis. Riding. Fishing. Summer skiing in Sölden 42 km. Paragliding, beach volley ball court. Walking path, mountain walks, climbing. Mountain bike tracks, mountain bikes for hire. Amusement park "Ötztaler Fun & Erlebnispark".
During winter time:
Ski region Hochoetz, total of 10 lifts. Total 20 km ski runs, snow park. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan-runs, floodlit. Natural ice rink, folkloric curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further skiing: Sölden.
