Description
Going: Villa Schönruh, above Going, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: lawn sunning area, indoor pool (10 x 4 m), table tennis, terrace. In the house: lounge with TV, sauna, fitness room, solarium (extra). Ski storage. Grocers, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop 10 m. Mountain lift 1 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Bathing lake, 1 km. Sauna in winter included, extra in summer. Additonal large lounge area around the fireplace with TV and seating/dining area for up to 18 people. NB: strict no smoking policy in the house! The house is in a magnificent panoramic position with far-reaching views of the Wilden Kaisers hiking region. Cots can only be hired on request.
Housing: 1-room apartment 25 m2 on 2nd floor: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Kitchen (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Balcony. Nice view of the countryside.
