Niederau: Built in traditional Tirolean style house with 2 apartments Cornelia, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: childrens playground. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 400 m. Swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, tennis 2 km, mountain lift, cross-country ski trail 500 m.

3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and radio. Kitchen (oven). Balcony 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the resort. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The upper floor has partially sloping ceilings.

Wildschönau:
828 - 1903 m. The romantic valley of Hochtal Wildschonau with the 4 villages of Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach are situated in the heart of the Kitzbuhel alps. Small, cosy holiday complex, in an idyllic position, 60 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. More possibilities. Access: railway station Wörgl. Bus service. Auffach and Thierbach are situated a little further along the valley. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

Ski region Wildschönau. 2 mountain lifts, 3 chair lifts, 20 drag lifts. Snow park, halfpipe. Ski school. 50 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes 1150 m high, winter walking paths 40 km. 3 toboggan-runs. Ski bus (free of charge).
