The highest platetarium in Europe with an observatory, a great area for walking in the summer and the Zillertal Arena with 115 km of pistes all within 100-300m.The house, which is made up of 8 appartments, has wonderful views of the snowcapped peaks of the Zillertaler Alps.

1250 - 2300 m. The towns of Gerlos (1250 m) and Koenigsleiten (1600 m) are situated in the centre of Zillertal Arena. This holiday region is the ideal starting point for high mountain tours and relaxing hikes. An ideal holiday region for young and old. The highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml can easily be reached. A toll fee is charged for the road from Gerlos/Koenigsleiten to Krimml. Idyllic, family friendly holiday centre, 80 km east from Innsbruck, 155 km south from Salzburg. More possibilities. Access: railway station Zell / Ziller 18 km. Bus service.
