In the house: ski storage, central heating. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 800 m, ski bus stop 1 km. Swimming pool, tennis 1 km, mountain lift 1.5 km. Rafting 500 m. (booking necessary).

Housing:
2-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven) with dining table and cable-TV. Shower, sep. WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

816 - 2212 m. The region of West Tyrol with towns such as Landeck, Fliess and Zams has numerous leisure activities for all tastes. Holiday centre with 7800 inhabitants, 74 km west from Innsbruck. Indoor pool, sauna. Access: railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Innsbruck (INN), München Franz Josef (MUC).

Further skiing: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at 25 km, St. Anton at 27 km, Ischgl-Samnaun at 30 km.
