The house is situated in an ideal place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Beginners ski lift, 2 km.
Housing: 2-room apartment 52 m2 on 2nd floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Flowering countryside, rivers from the glacier, waterfalls, clumps of trees all these are wonderful aspects of this are of the national park Hohe Tauern formed by the holiday resorts such as: Niedersill, Mittersill, Uttendorf and Hollersbach. Famous, idyllic holiday centre, 130 km south from Salzburg. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool, wellness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. Access: railway station Mittersill. Kitzbühel 30 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Salzburg (SZG), München Franz Josef (MUC).

Walking path, mountain walks, climbing. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks, mountain bikes for hire. Permanent race-track (toll-free panoramic road Stubachtal Tauern cycle path). During winter time: Glacier with cable car to Uttendorf. Thurn to Mittersill. Sports region of Europe. 10 cable cars, 1 cabin cabin, 32 chair lifts, 42 drag lifts, 2 childrens ski lifts. Total 200 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, childrens ski school. Cross country ski tracks (illuminated), high altidude pistes, winter walking paths. Toboggan-runs. Ski bus (free of charge). Further skiing: Zell am See at 26 km, Kaprun at 10 km.
